The Pilates Method is taught one on one or in small groups so the exercises can be tailored to each individuals fitness needs. I teach to the body in front of me. Pilates is for everyone. Men, women and children can benefit from Pilates when done correctly and consistently. It can be used as a primary exercise program or as cross training for tennis, golf, dance and more. As Joseph Pilates said over 70 years ago, “In ten sessions, you will feel the difference, in twenty, you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a whole new body.”
